Our vision: by 2032, we decrease the amount of time and brain calories that developers spend on authorization by a factor of ten.

We have customers who track the spread of COVID in nursing homes, who reduce bias in machine learning models through explainability, who teach millions of people how to code. None of the engineers who work on these problems got out of bed to work on authorization. If we help them achieve their missions, then we achieve ours.

Some companies are founded by teams who experienced a pain at a prior company and decided to build the product they always wanted. That's not us.

We have iterated on Oso thousands of times over multiple years to get to where we are now. We're a mosaic of a team with different accents, text editors, language preferences, degrees and time zones. Through our collective experience working on this problem, we have developed the muscle to build a product driven by true developer demand.
